What is your character's history? Are they a hero, or a villain, a sidekick or guardian? What has happened to them in their lives to make them the way they are today?
Woody here is an old fashioned toy with the classic pull string that allows him to talk and say his sayings like "there's a snake in my boot!" or "you're my favorite deputy!". Woody is one of Andy's favorite characters and has his own spot on Andy's bed. Woody is also the 'leader' of Andy's toys. Woody is known as Sheriff Woody that has to defeat Evil Dr. Pork chop and his team of Slinky and now Dolly. In the games Woody works with Buzz, Jessie and Rex to defeat Evil Dr Pork chop.
Bonnie has found Woody when he was hanging from a tree branch by his string. She took him home and played tea party and cleaned him up. Woody escaped that night to try and save his friends from Sunnyside. Woody and his friends were saved and later given to Andy on his way to college. Andy had stopped over at Bonnie's house to give the box of toys to her. Woody is with his old friends and he has some new friends of his own such as Dolly, Buttercup, Mr. Pricklepants, Trixie, Chuckles the clown and Peas-In-A-Pod. Woody likes his new home and he loves Bonnie. Woody does miss Andy but he likes his new home and happy he gets to be played with.
Describe your character's personality. What are their strengths and weaknesses, what are their passions? What qualities do they have that are good or bad?
Woody is loyal and will never leave anyone behind. He loves his friends and will so anything for them no matter what. Though, Woody is somewhat of a flawed toy. Woody has random bouts of jealousy, anger, frustration and has tried to destroy Buzz in their first encounter because he was jealous. [YOU! ARE! A! TOYYYYY! You aren't the real Buzz Lightyear! You're - you're an action figure! You're a child's play thing!] Woody then began to like Buzz, while Buzz was upset because he wasn't 'the real Buzz Lightyear.' [Buzz, you've got wings! You glow in the dark! You talk! Your helmet does that, that... whoosh thing! You are a cool toy!] Woody has been going though all of this and tends to get more frustrated as Andy grew older and didn't play with them as much. Though when Woody got turned to Bonnie he seemed to mellow and hasn't been as frustrated. Woody always springs into action when something goes wrong and he usually has the best plans.

Woody laid lifeless while he hung out of Bonnie's backpack that she always brought to Sunnyside. As she placed her backpack in the cubby Woody looked around at the Daycare and watched as Bonnie turned back around, then he dropped himself and let Bonnie do her thing as she set everyone up in the way she always had. Woody loved that Bonnie would always change up the story but keep everyone pretty much the same. When the teacher yelled for recess and everyone went outside, Woody sat up, picking up his hat that was laying next to him and putting it on top of his head with the single point in front.
"Ok you guys," Woody said as he looked around at the toys beginning to come to life. He gave a smile when Bullseye came prancing up to him and the other toys gathered around as well. "It's Friday so you know it's our fun day," Woody paused for a moment to look out at the toys. "Remember to be careful and no leaving this room. We don't want any toys getting taken, sound good?" He asked and the toys nodded.
Each toy ran off in different directions, different noises being made on how the toy walked. Some went down the small slide while others sat on top of the toy cars and drove around. Woody walked around and hopped on Bullseye, letting him run freely through the classroom. He rode Bullseye over to the slide and hopped up the stairs, sliding down with Buttercup and Twitch, they kept sliding until the carpet finally stopped them. Woody laughed with the two toys next to him and watched as a few more came towards them. Mr. Potato head tripped, making his pieces fall everywhere and pretty soon the potato body was coming right for them. "Move!" Woody yelled and hopped out of the way, letting the body hit the leg of the table.
The toys heard the sound of the teacher's whistle and each one of them froze. "Help Mr. Potatohead!" Woody yelled as he began to run after and get pieces. Eyes there, nose here, ears over there. Pretty soon Mr. Potatohead was back together and the toys all fell to the ground lifeless as the kids came back into the room.
Why this character? What draws you to them, what makes you want to play them? Do you have anything in common with them?
Woody has always been my favorite character in Toy Story, along with Andy in the 3rd movie and now Bonnie. I've always wanted to play Woody and it reminds me of how I used to make my favorite toy.
