Mirana of Marmoreal, the White Queen, was now the new Queen of Underland. The rightful Queen. Walking around in her gardens, the Queen's beautiful, hazel gaza roamed through the gardens, the trees, the flowers, the sculptures and the perfect, green lawns. And, just for the record, the sculptures were not made OF people, they were made BY people. The way she moved, floating from place to place, her long, white dress and hair moving with the wind, arms gracefully lifted. A pout puckered her lips as she looked at the plants. They were not cheerful enough for the tea party she would be hosting in a few minutes. As said before, her servants, everybody for that matter, would have to speak more kindly to them if they wanted the plants to get more cheerful. "Yes, please set the table over there. I suppose the guests would find it more comfortable under that tree. And then, perhaps, the tree would feel more useful that way." Mirana said softly to her servants, lifting her eyebrows importantly as she spoke. She moved around in the garden, directing for her servants where she liked them to place the table and all the chairs. "Now" she said, as the last chair got set at the last free spot by the table. "I think we are ready for the tea party to begin!" clapping her hands together, that was the way she showed her excitement. The White Queen moved gracefully back to the gate and waited for the guests to arrive. (Come on now, people! Join me! )

What just happened? Cale Tucker thought, rubbing his head and wincing in pain. One minute he was just cruising along through the black emptiness that was space, and now he was ... here, wherever this was.
"Somebody's really got to do something about those space wormholes," Cale muttered to himself.
His hazel eyes wandered to the smoking wreck that was his ship. He shrugged - it was a minor loss. He had only restored it just a week prior, and it had needed some more work anyway. Might as well start from scratch, he thought, being unusually optimistic.
Getting up and brushing off the dirt from his pants, he looked around at where he was. "Looks fancy," he said to himself. He was in front of a grandiose palace, complete with marble sculptures and a topiary garden. Cale debated whether or not to go inside. On on hand, he could find a nice couch and a bite to eat. On the other hand, it could be some alien royalty, and Cale knew first hand not to get in with races who hated humans. You never knew who's side they could be on.
Cale thought about what he should do, and figuring he had nothing to lose, began to walk around the garden. Observing the sculptures and trees, he could have sworn he heard voices. He kept his right hand on the laser gun that was strapped to his belt and followed the noise. Not only did he hear a woman's voice, but people were also moving - frantically, by the way it sounded. Cale prepared himself for anything as he walked slowly and quietly toward the voice.
At once he noticed a woman dressed in all white. Scratch that, Cale thought. She IS all white. Looking down to where her feet should be, he saw that she wasn't walking at all - she was levitating. Definitely alien.
Cale stayed put, trying to get a feel for what she was like. He had no idea what kind of planet he was on, and he knew more than anyone that it was best not to do anything stupid.

"Welcome to Marmoreal! You seem to be right in time for teh tea party! I am Mirana, the White Queen... The Queen of Underland. And you are...?" Mirana moved towards the stranger and as she talked, her hands, still up in the air, gestured gracefully. She smiled at him, a greeting smile to make him feel welcome. Her back was straight and she seemed to levitate as she moved, hands always gesturing and her eyebrows were up, without wiggling of course. It usually were her hands that showed her emotions. Her face wasn't as easy to use.
She moved towards him and continued to smile. "And you seem to be in the right size as well!" she said with a light giggle. People from outside Underland usually were either too small or too tall. Like Alice. But Alice was the only person from outside Underland who had ever comed to Underland. So how could one know? She stood about one metre from him and waited patiently for him to introduce himself, smiling her most lovely smile to make him feel welcome and comfortable.

A pair of yellowish eyes monitored the tea party from a large tree several meters away. His tail swished back and forth as he watched The White Queen greet a guest, presumably a newcomer to Underland/Wonderland judging by his clothes. Glancing at his surroundings, he remembered how the area used to be much smaller in comparison to what it was now. It seemed that the square mileage doubled or maybe even tripled overnight and that the number of residents had increased as well.
He grinned as the newcomer displayed some rather odd and intriguing behavior. He sure was a curious one. Maybe his arrival here was unexpected and not planned. Whatever the case may be, he would definitely not be disappointed. The individual in the tree sighed as his thoughts turned to his other incarnation, the one with the lightning blue and gray stripes. He figured the other individual would be arriving at the party soon, as he wouldn't want to pass up an opportunity to meet newcomers and hopefully not get involved in politics while doing so.
Cheshire returned his thoughts to the party and grinned widely. It would be a very interesting one, to say the least.

Cale took a defensive step back as the strange creature came towards him. Guess I wasn't hidden too well, he thought to himself, thinking he probably had to work on things like that. He kept his hand on his gun as she introduced herself as Mirana, the White Queen.
"Underland?" Cale said in disbelief. What kind of strange planet was this? Cale cursed himself for not reading all those books about the universe that Tek gave him. Why bother when you're just going to see it all anyway? It was only now that he was beginning to see the error of his ways.
"Uh, hi?" Cale said hesitantly, easing his hand off the gun. She seemed harmless at best. "I'm Cale ... Tucker. From uh, New Earth."
He winced, hoping she wasn't one of those aliens with some kind of weird vendetta against New Earth and the Titan Project. Why didn't you just tell her you were from Montressor? he thought, remembering that annoying little Hawkins kid. Cale held his breath, waiting for the imminent.

"Cale Tucker from New Earth" she repeated with a slight nod. "Welcome, Cale Tucker. How did you come here? The oraculum did say you would come here for the tea party, but it didn't say how you would arrive or your name. So, Cale Tucker. How did you come here? Alice usually comes through a rabbit hole, which we have planned, but we didn't plan your arrival. Just the tea party." The White Queen jabbered on. Her lovely, welcoming smile was still there, and she was glad he was the appropriate size, then she didn't have to make any potions for him. She wanted to keep those delicious ingredients for herself.
