b]Character name:[/b] Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova (why Romanova you ask? In Russia if you're female, you have an a on the end of your name. Similarly your middle name is the feminine form of your father's name. Fox Entertainment never pointed this out, so I am xDD)
Test: Anastasia, who prefers to be called Anya, is the fourth daughter of Tzar Nicholas II, the last sovereign of Imperial Russia. For the first seven years of her life, Anya lived in high luxury at the palace in St. Petersburg, where she and her grandmother were very close. She gave her a music box to help the girl sleep when she was away in Paris, with a necklace to unlock it. Her grandmother even allowed her to travel to Paris next time with her, but unfortunatly, this never happened. The Russian Revelution had begun, and the Romanovs had to escape. Anya and her grandmother escaped through the servant's quarters with the help of Dimitri, a servant boy. But poor little Anya was left at the train station, soon to be taken to an orphanage for the next ten years of her life. She never remembered anything of her previous life, but instead of going to find a job, she went to St. Petersburg with her dog Púca. Always curious as to trying to find her family, she decided to try and go to Paris, but needed the help of Dimitri, who was the same servant boy, but of course she didn't know this. Dimitri and his partner Vladimir were looking for a girl they could present to the Grand Duchess, who was still alive in Paris. Anya agreed to this and they travelled and taught her how to be a lady. Anya was appauled when Dimitri revealed it had all been a scam, but shortly after meeting the Duchess she was recognised as the princess immediatly. Unfortunatly Rasputin, the nemesis of the Romanovs returned to earth as he sold his soul in order to make the curse complete, in other words kill Anastasia. Together with Dimitri they managed to break the curse and therefore killing Rasputin. They soon eloped afterwards. Anya is about five foot seven in height with red hair, and a personality to match it too. She is fiery, independant and won't usually take no for an answer. Being determined, once she has her mind set on something there isn't much stopping her. She looks like a typical Romanov, the eyes, hair and facial resemblance, and now has the etiquette of a civilised lady, but still prefers to cause havoc and have very un-ladylike arguements with certain people (cue Dimitri).
Roleplay
Not far to St. Petersburg now. Anya would in fact be overjoyed to see the spiraling tops of the palace, because her newly aquired pet, Púca, was currently driving her insane. She hadn't minded the first five times he had stolen her scarf, but it was beginning to get dark, and the winds were picking up. Hey! Come back with that! She yelled, trudging through the thick snow as fast as possible. She narrowed her eyes, as it was cold, arms outstretched to the little dog ahead of her.
Gotcha!
Launching herself towards the dog Anya's arms closed round Púca and retrieved the scarf. It was slightly chewed now, but still wearbable; it wasn't like she had anything else. She grinned. If you're cold try running. You're faster than me. Púca simply whined in response. Rolling her icy blue eyes she stood up again, brushing herself down. She wrapped the scarf round her next, right up above her nose to keep herself warm. Race you. She muttered beneath the fabric. Half laughing she chased after the dog as he disappeared through the swirling snow.
