Disney Uncut
*Prince Christopher - Cinderella [Brandy’s version]*
[It really is Disney]
Character name: Prince Christopher
Test: Tell us everything you know about your character. Can you get in touch with the character you apply for? Why do you want to play this character?
Character's Personality: Prince Christopher, a petulant but good-natured young man, bursts with life and vigor. Just as his appearance states he prefers the ideal side of life, adventure, and romance. He is the typical Prince Charming, but with a unique flare!
He likes to do things on his own accord rather than by what his parents suggests, and is surprisingly not as judgmental as most would think. Keen on nothing but loyalty, love, and friendship, he is better described in three words: ideal, gallant, and amiable…if not a little rebellious…just barely, though.
Character's History:
[Making this up as I go...]
Prince Christopher is the only son of King Lionel and the sassy Queen Constantina , and grandson of King Stefan the Third and Queen Isabella. He was born on 21 June, the first child of the two, looking oddly Asian. As a male-line grandchild of the sovereign and son of the King Lionel, Christopher was styled His Royal Highness, though he was affectionately called Chrissy by his mother, much to the dismay of her prideful husband who much preferred nicknaming him Chris.
At age seven, the Prince took up as talent to sword fight, so that he might be able to protect his parents; a statement to which his parents would respond with a chuckle. He spent most of his childhood years learning things of royalty such as, etiquette, dancing, and the like. He never really had much of a childhood, really, too busy with life to really care much for childish simplicities like toys…
As he reached adulthood the pressure, almost burden, of finding a princess to marry was thrust upon him by his rather excitable mother. With the help of Lionel, the tense and ever-agitated servant, the Queen planned a grand ball, at which the Prince would find his princess. But, he had already met Cinderella in the street, and was absolutely charmed – surely he was bothered by this with the girl in mind.
He wasn’t very keen on having such party over this but his mother insisted that the ball would not be canceled just because he had found a woman – a peasant no less from the marketplace.
Then he fell in love…with a transformed Cinderella…the same girl he had met before. Then the clock stroke twelve and his love left him with a glass slipper. Naturally, the Prince was devastated at losing the love of his life. The Queen tried to convince him that the mysterious young lady could only be as good as any other he might find at the ball. However, he was determined to search far and wide for her.
So, with the typical Disney ending, he married his love with the help of the slipper and they lived happily ever after.

The sun was barely up when he awoke. Groping about, she found a delicately-shaped shoe and pulled his heavy garments on. He peered over his broad shoulder, the window was open and the breeze accessed his room quite like an affectionate sigh.
He hummed smoothly and scanned the room for his other shoe that had apparently escaped him due to obvious misplacement. His dark hair was tousled, needing severe preening, but he would tend to it right after the finding of his shoe.
“Goodness, goodness, goodness…” he sighed sweetly, invading his extensive closet with an arched eyebrow, a playful smile tugging at his lips like a musical harp with its harmonious strings. He caught sight of his lost shoe and knelt over to fasten it. After he was done, looking newer than a Maharajah’s trove, he almost waltzed out the door with an expressive smile on his face.
“Mother, where are you?” he asked slyly, recalling how she was always there to holler her enthusiastic greeting when the dawn broke. Her energy and vigor was his inspiration for everything, truly. Not hearing her squeals – not even the constant bickering of his less-than-enthusiastic father – his lips pursed into a frown. Where on Earth were they?
“Hello?” he called again, his voice now in tones of worry. He roamed the halls swiftly darting his eyes all over for them. Impossible! He emerged from the castle rather girlish interior and found that it was not his home. He slapped a hand over his mouth.
“Cinderella?” he said finally, noticing a figurine of a blonde woman standing high and mighty. Impostor! His Cinderella was not hair-faired or as sickly pale as this one. His Cinderella was dark-skinned, gentle-voiced, and beautiful…
He set off in search for her, to clear her name, her identity.
[Wow, imagine if he had met the blonde Cindy…]
