Character name: Captain Gantu

Location of Birth: Planet Turo, dating way before us. x3
Age: Possibly 200 years old, 50 in human years.
Data: Son of Tatu and Octavia, he was highly neglected in his youth by these two, but managed to emerge victorious through military school.
Gantu was a Captain of the Galactic Alliance, simply doing his job, while using ruthless and merciless means, before he was disgraced and exiled for endangering Lilo's life in his attempts to recapture the fugitive Stitch.
The physically-imposing Gantu doesn't have any abilities common in the more mystical villains, in fact, he has no powers at all. However powerless, his immense stature, his intellect, and his advanced artilery pose a threat to all those who dare oppose him.
Intelligent yet quite arrogant, his personality is aptly defined by by his men as utterly ruthless and unforgiving. However, despite his general brute personality, he isn't typically villainous or malicious. This is something to be thankful, for he could cause mass murder if he wasn't so conservative -- pious, almost.
I'm not going to acknowledge the series because of how badly they ruined such an intelligent character. I'll try to see how I'll build up his status from there, after he got fired.
